Does your recipe call for a blowtorch? I was looking over the instructions a "nice little sweetheart"pmed me and he suggested I use a blowtorch

no kidding every morning my husband would lay that bread over the gas stove and let the fire heat it up and burn it just a bit and then I'd put jelly on top of it. YUM!! So maybe the blowtorch is a substitute if you only have an electric stove top like me?

The stovetop is the best way to warm up pita bread. I've been doing that for years. It doesn't get hard like when you put it in the microwave. If you have an electric stove you can heat the oven and stick it in there for a minute.

Try using the dried prairie grass. It helps ignite a better fire. Get you a big kettle and be sure all remenants of priests ( we call em ' French Friars' ) from a previous meal has been washed clean. Add you a generous smitten of buffalo grease and you should be good to go.

Hmm.. You know that sounds like a plan. I think I will alert the Sugarland Fire Dept that I will be cooking that day ahead of time! I take my civic responsibilty seriously

yeah.. my husband said that too.. until I found out the only thing he knows is how to fry potatoes in Oil.. My MIL has him spoiled rotten... ya rab
