Hii,

I filed an I-130 petition for my husband on Oct 14, 2016, I received Receipt notice on Oct 18, 2016.

On Oct 26, 2017, My case was approved, I dint get approval letter yet.

Now, the question is what is the difference between Approval letter and Welcome letter?

Because the agents in India are asking for some welcome letter to proceed further for the process?

Also how much more time it will take to submit visa fees and sponsors letter after having approval letter?

Have you read through our guides or wiki guides yet? If not I encourage you to do so.

Are you an LPR (green card holder) or a US citizen?

If you are an LPR, the whole process takes about 2 years approximately.  You cannot submit visa fees or anything until the priority date is current regardless of the date the I-130 is approved.  The I-130 takes about 6-8 months right now.

After USCIS approves your I-130 petition, it would go to the NVC. NVC would then request that you provide affidavits of support such as your W2, tax returns, I-864 or I-864EZ, etc.

NVC would also require a copies of your husband's birth certificate, marriage certificate, police certificates, etc.

As stated above, review the guides and then you can ask more specific questions after reviewing it. There's a link below.
