hello. We are currently living in UAE. My husband visit US every December to spend xmas with his family. as he is American Citizen. but now we married he wants me to take with him. unfortunately, his employment visa still on process and mine too as I will be a husband visa holder,  I cannot apply here because I should  be a residence in the UAE as Embassy Policy. and now we are planning to fly in the Philippines instead so we can apply in the Philippines and maybe to go US on his next long vacation leave is on June to August.

Question: is that possible I can get  US tourist Visa in the Philippines as I'm not working there, only my husband working but in the Middle East, We have a car also here.and savings in his account and we both travelling together last year and this year in Asian Countries. and 2 times he visit Philippines. thanks

I agree possible.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
