Question about the N-400 Yes and No questions

Can anyone tell me whether to leave the box unchecked where a follow up question is asked: "If you answered yes to the question, did you ......"? Do I leave the yes or no box unchecked for the follow up question if the previous box was checked no?

you need to answer those followup question only if you choose YES. 

if choosing NO, there would not be further work  and just leave them blank. 

 H1b ---> EB-1A (I-140) ---> I-485 AOS(Green Card) ---> 5 years --->  US Citizenship N400 application

  • Day 0:  11/16/2017, e-filing N400
  • Day 306:  9/18/2018,  interview day--passed and in line for oath.
  • Day 332: 10/15/2018, Oath Day
