need to wait about 3 weeks before calling

you will get letter (or email) telling you what NVC needs along with 2 bills for DS 260 and I 864

checklist for any additional documents they need

instructions on how to pay the bills online and then proceed to filling out the 2 forms

they will tell you when to get the crimianal investigation report

no physical exam until case goes to embassy as it when visa is issued it is good for 6 months from date of medical  (so wait untill you are told to schedule it)

I believe you have a long wait. The GHANa embassy is really slow right now. My case was completed on October 11,2017 still nothing. When you are scheduled for an interview the will email you. The email will have everything you need. Unfortunately this part seems to be the hardest because they have no deadline:

sorry hunny, your case is way out of time frame, so its kind of hard to tell by your case complete date.. I've talked to others and who have an original filing date after yours and they already have an interview. Thanks for your input tho

My original filing date does not matter. My case complete does however ,and no one in October case complete has had an interview scheduled. I had a checklist and the time starts over again when you send in the things they asked for, If you haven't I suggest you join the NVC case complete to Interview December 2017. They will tell you exactly what I just said since so many people now a days needs reassurance.

Good luck on your wait.
