So I go to uscis office today (Wednesday) and do walk-in for biometrics appointment that I missed for almost 90 days. I went there early morning around 8.15am I arrived. There was a line, like 10 people in front of me. I prepared my old letter appointment and passport on hand. I said "Hi" to the guard and trying to explain why I missed it. She looked at my letter and she said "wow, this letter is from August, it's 90 days, we don't know if your case still open or not. But she stamped my letter and told me to go ahead to fill up the form. After that I have to stand in the line to get a number. I noticed they circle my letter in i485 type of form. Less than 15 minutes, they called me and begin to scan the barcode. I closed my eyes and pray that my case is still open. She didn't say anything and keep typing something, she told me to sign, than fingerprint and the last is taking photo. She gave me back the letter and said "this is your receipt and your passport". Have a good day. I smile and said " thank you, you have a good day too". :)

Good thing you went down there and just didn't sit and waited for your lawyer.
