Last night, I was getting my I-134 Affidavit of Support ready and I noticed the text "Exp. 04-30-07". Does anyone know if this mean that the form is only valid until April 30th 2007? If so, is there a more updated copy available?

Thanks, David

I would check with the U.S. embassy in the Dominican Republic. I've heard/read that some consulates will accept the I-134 after April 30th. If you call or write the consulate, they'll advise.

If you look at the USCIS website you will see that the I-134 gets updated frequently. On the site it says that even a version that is 2 or 3 revisions back is still acceptable.... Keep an eye on the website but I would not worry too much about it.

YMMV
