Ok, well now that I now what an NOA2 is (thanks to all who helped), I realize that I didn't keep a copy, i've looked in everything, I didn't think i'd need to keep it, and thought that it was just to give to the guys at the sydney embassy. I've spent the last 15 mins going through all the papers. crying.gif

hopefully the sydney embassy kept a file, but I don't like my chances. Has anyone else lost one of these?

Oh my goodness 200dollars!!! That is so expensive. But at least I know where to get one now, so thank you.

For a replacement copy you can file the form I-824 unfortunatly it costs $200.00

Getting the copy back from Sydney... worth a try to save some money but I wouldnt put my hopes they kept it. Probably put in your package in which case is probably gone forever into the quagmire that is the USCIS paper system here.

Thanks for that. It's so expensive!!! I did try to keep everything which is why I am so disappointed about it not being anywhere in any of my papers.
