My hubsand and I filed I-765, I-485, I-131 & I-130 on May.

Then we had Request of "Initial" Evidence. USCIS received our RFIE July 20th (resets to day 0)

My case is being processed at MSC, National Benefit Center.

As of today, it has been 113 days and I have filed 2 service requests already. And no updates whatsoever from USCIS.

I have filed I-765, an EAD card upon graduation (OPT). It is my 2nd time filing it. I'm positive that I haven't made any mistake on it.

USCIS website says MSC, National Benefit Center has processed cases up to September 15, 2017 as of September 30, 2017.  https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do;jsessionid=abc7qwBRTtXI5_IHxRN_v

And I'm a JULY filer, why haven't I heard anything from them?

Obviously my case is out of normal processing time, the customer service of USCIS says there is nothing they can do about it. They just want us to wait.

We have spoken to a tier 2 representative, he says their process can take more than 75 days legally.

USCIS can't provide any updates on the 2 service requests. The last person we spoke on the phone, says my case has not been assigned to an officer yet. That was it.

I'm furious over something that I can't control and I really want the EAD card to be able to work.

Should we contact a senator, does it really help?

Has anyone been going through out of normal processing time for I-765 over 100+ days?

Most I-765 filers are waiting anywhere from 90-150 days for EAD/AP.

The USCIS posted processing times are not an accurate reflection of actual processing times. It seems that the September 15 date was an error that has not yet been corrected.

I'm confused - did you file an i-765 based on OPT or based on i-485-in-progress?

if based on OPT - you wasted $400 or however much it costs these days, since you're changing status from student visa to LPR

If you filed i-765 based on i-485-in-progress (c9), it's free and that's the correct way to do it.

It stinks that it's taking so long but hopefully you'll get it soon, I've heard it takes about 4-5 months these days.

I have filed i-765 based on OPT last year, 2016.

Through marriage, I filed i-765 again this May, 2017

Sorry for the confusion!

I am in the same situation as you. We sent our application on sept 2017. We had the biometric appointment in oct. We haven't nothing since. it's been 164 days. We have called multiple times and have had about 3 requests with no answer. We talked to two officer which transferred us to senior officers. They just tell us that it is a rare and unexplainable thing that the office is not responding to the request. So we're just sitting there waiting and checking.
