Ok, so we filled our I130 to Nebraska, but it was transferred immediatly to California, on "my timeline" I've had it set on Nebraska coz thats where we filled first, i notice it does make a difference if i change it to Cali, should it be on cali to be the most relavant with our timeline??

Thanks in advance.. :)

Nebraska is still your area's service center. But most seem to get transferred to CSC. On your sig put that you filed at Nebraska service center and transferred to CSC (just so others know while your doing this part of the process). I also did change my service center on my timeline when I was transferred. They transfer alot of these cases to CSC for faster processing. My service center was Texas but was transferred to CSC also. At that time it seemed pretty much all the cases from Texas and Nebraska were transferred to either Vermont or California.

I 130 & I129F (K3) and AOS info in timeline

I kinda noticed that too. I changed my timeline, but the estimated date od adjudication did not change. Perhaps, the timeline is basing from the date when you sent off your ( I-130 or I-129F) package. Am I correct?

Also does this apply to both I130 and I129F

Ie; Our I130 is in Cali, and the I129f is in NBC... what service center does the timeline refer too, is it for I130 or I129f??? So should there be 2 in the timeline right????

does that make sense?

Basically how does the timeline get its information on my I129f data if the service center selected is different to the I130... aRRRGH i'm going mad hahaha

You I-129f is currently in NBC but it will be transferred to CSC. NSC and MSC or NBC is no longer processing I-129f or I-130's. They are all being transferred to VSC or CSC depending on the region you will live, but since the I-130 was sent to CSC then most likely so will the I-129f. Change your timelines to CSC so that everyone "approval prediction" can be accurate, but you can leave it as is on your siggy.
