Why not marry when your SO visits you next?

Okay... I am going to try this again  (since you have started an additional thread and didn't continue the one from yesterday).

The possibilities of you receiving a b1b2 visa is slim. At this point, you actually have MORE ties to the US than Algeria  (your brother lives here and your girlfriend). In 2016 only 6% of visitor visas were given to people from Africa (and there were only 75 K1 visas given in Algeria).

So....let's get down to your plan..you are going to say you are visiting your brother in Texas but you are actually staying in New York....that is lying about your address. The DS160 asks for your destination address.

Your next question...if you can marry here on a b1b2 visa....yes, you can....but you will need to go back to Algeria before the visa expires and apply for the CR1.

If I am incorrect @geowrian can correct me.

On a personal note  (just my opinion) you seem desperate to get to the US. And it irritates me.

I have spent a year and a half in a real relationship with someone from Algeria...he will be arriving in the US next week.

Thank you  i know visa K1 it's easy but  if my gf can come to visit me i ll do it but i ask if i get my visa B1-B2 that possible to getting married there without back to algeria  and than abouut visiting my brother is texas you don't understand ye si have brother what you think i can add in ds160 ill visit him or not

It would be visa fraud for her to use a tourist visa with the intention to come to the USA, get married and stay. It is illegal and could lead to a lifetime ban.

Your plan to come to the US on a b1b2 visa to actually get married (so you can stay in the US) is visa fraud.

And there is nothing easy about getting a k1 visa from the consulate in Algeria.

No. That is where visa fraud occurs and it is why it is difficult for many people to get visitor visa. They want to use it to live or work in the US instead of only visiting.

Yes, you can get married then return home. Then your spouse can file a spousal visa. You can continue visiting while the spousal visa is processing.

You cannot enter the US on a B1B2 visa with the intent to get married and stay in the US. That is visa fraud.
