Tourist visa is a non-immigrant intent visa. To get approved, you have to show strong ties to home country, solid itinerary, money to support your visit, etc. Hope the discussion below would help

What has changed since your last visa refusal? You can try again with just a new job, but I'm doubtful it will make the difference.

You aren't required to disclose that you have a US fiancee, but it very likely will come out in the interview via the questioning.

They likely refused you under 214(b) - immigrant intent. While your situation has changed, I would not be convinced that it's enough of a change. But that's just me...you are free to try again.

A letter from your employer stating when you are expected back to work would be the evidence to bring with you. The CO may or may not look at it, but it's better to have it than not have it.

If your visit is primarily to see your fiancee, then do not claim that your visit is to see somebody else. That is misrepresentation and can make your situation much worse...especially since I know you are considering a K-1 from your other thread. They keep records of every visa application and check them...it won't make sense to say you're visiting your brother and then later file a K-1 and say you spent the time with your fiancee. The story doesn't add up and it will quickly unravel.

Be 100% honest...there are very serious consequences for misrepresentation, including a permanent bar.

CBP may call the US contact sometimes as well.

Sounds like you are Country shopping? Your brother being in the USA does not help you. Plus you very short work experience is not of relevance

Also, don't Algerians speak French? How could you not know why you got refused?

Okay... I am going to try this again  (since you have started an additional thread and didn't continue the one from yesterday).

The possibilities of you receiving a b1b2 visa is slim. At this point, you actually have MORE ties to the US than Algeria  (your brother lives here and your girlfriend). In 2016 only 6% of visitor visas were given to people from Africa (and there were only 75 K1 visas given in Algeria).

So....let's get down to your plan..you are going to say you are visiting your brother in Texas but you are actually staying in New York....that is lying about your address. The DS160 asks for your destination address.

Your next question...if you can marry here on a b1b2 visa....yes, you can....but you will need to go back to Algeria before the visa expires and apply for the CR1.

If I am incorrect @geowrian can correct me.

On a personal note  (just my opinion) you seem desperate to get to the US. And it irritates me.

I have spent a year and a half in a real relationship with someone from Algeria...he will be arriving in the US next week.

All good points. And as stated in one of his other 4 threads on this exact subject...lying about his purpose for the visit may jeopardize the K-1 he wants to pursue.

Anyone that seems to be circumventing the process infuriates me....

I have stressed through this process for 10 months now :P
