what you think if me i reapplly a second time my visa b1/b2 and go meet her it that possible good idea and if consul ask me where im going ill tell him going meet my fiancé

because last time m visa visitor was refused

advice me

Why was it denied last time? And how long ago was that?

Unless something has has changed from last time you might end up getting denied again.

Still think about meeting in another country close to her then she won't have a long travel.

and it's good idea if i add in ds 160 ill go to see my fiancé or not
explian me i need help

Being employed might improved your chances of being approved for the visitor visa. It's not a guarantee however, especially for a young single man. Things that may help prove your ties to Algeria are a letter from your employer, any kind of rental or property bills that you are responsible for, anything that will help convince the CO that you intend to return to Algeria in a timely manner.

Do not ever lie during the immigration process. If you are coming to visit your fiance, be honest when filing out the DS-160 and when at the interview.

You will be denied a visitor visa to visit your financee

the CO in interview will assume you intent to immigrate and stay by getting married here and doing AOS to stay

even if you say nothing in an interview and were lucky (highly doubtful) to get a visa, at POE you have to say where you are going and the name

then the officer at POE would deny your entry and send you some with a ban for misreprentation of your intent of the the visit

any chance she could travel to Tuinisia (easy as no visa for USC) and easy for you

as she works for a hotel there are all kinds of travel discounts she is able to get and everyone who works gets a vacation so really not impossible like you say for you two to meet

visa for USC in Algeria is hard to get / they do not like to see a woman traveling alone

if you both are serious, she can save her days off and vacation time  and money to travel

if she says she can't , she is not as serious as you and you may be getting played

i have seen it happen before

You both can travel visa free to Ecuador (and Ecuador is closer to the US). My fiance is Algerian and we explored the possibilities of meeting in a third country since it is difficult for an Algerian to acquire a travel vIsa to the US. Ecuador was one of the few countries neither he nor I would need a visa.

May be eaiser for the USC to travel to South America  but more than likely too expensive for the Algerian

my GF married one and lives in Tizo Ouso / most young men do not have a job

the USC will have to decide she cares enough for this man to take the time to meet him

I agree. Algeria has a very high unemployment rate and the standard of living and earning rate are completely different than those in the US. But the OP asked about visas to the US and requirements for the K1. If the OP has the financial means to fly to the US....and has applied and been denied -$160 and the round trip from Algiers to Chicago is  $1000...that's  $1160.  The round trip from Algiers to Quito is $1300.

I completely agree that she should also make some effort (the visa to Algeria costs  $160 and you have to have an invitation, flight itinerary, and passport photos and send your passport to the Algerian embassy in new York). But the fact of the matter is.....it's actually kinda scary traveling half way across the globe to visit a country that is on the US's "not a good place to go" list.

With ALL of that in mind....I met my Algerian fiance in Germany last December....applied for the K1...traveled to Algeria in March and October of this year and his visa was issued November 3rd. He will be here next week.

and congratulations on the visa / hope you can marry before end of this year so you get to claim him on 2017 tax returns

i still say eaiser for them to meet in Tunisia for USC (no visa needed) and most Algerians vacation there

Thank you! :D

I agree completely. Tunisia or Morocco much easier.

It only took me 4 days to get my visa to Algeria  (sending the paperwork), it was truly not a big deal  (other than I had to part with my passport...that was rough...)

And yes...he will be here in 3 days :D
