He isn't going to pardon anyone in this situation.  He has no reason to do it.  None of these people gave millions to his political campaign, like Marc Rich did to Bill Clinton's.

You are missing the point, he has every reason to assure anyone who has information that would say the President had  knowledge of, approved of or directed their illegal activity. It will cause them to risk trial and conviction.

You are jumping to the unsupported conclusion that President Trump has any knowledge of anything like that.  Highly doubtful, given that the deep state would have leaked it by now.
