Yes he have that and he just submit here but one I need to do is my DS-160 first and also I don't have medical yet do I waiting for the embassy or I will do my own to the medical center to make appointment

Medical is done before the interview.  It is walk-in appointment at St Lukes in Manila.  The only place it can be done.  Do this a few days before your interview

YMMV

Do I have to make my own medical or the embassy have to refer me at st Luke's medical center

All medicals are completed at St. Luke's - no appointment, first come - first served.

Follow the embassy instructions letter for what is required

As a spouse (married) pursuing an immigrant visa,  you will complete the DS-260

Sorry if have to many questions

Don't have previous medical records ... no worries, the St. Luke's website states IF ..

What is needed for the medical is; a current passport, document with your MNL#, and proper payment in pesos.
