Yes he have that and he just submit here but one I need to do is my DS-160 first and also I don't have medical yet do I waiting for the embassy or I will do my own to the medical center to make appointment

Medical is done before the interview.  It is walk-in appointment at St Lukes in Manila.  The only place it can be done.  Do this a few days before your interview

Don't have previous medical records ... no worries, the St. Luke's website states IF .. 

 

What is needed for the medical is; a current passport, document with your MNL#, and proper payment in pesos.

I have previous medical but that was I apply work before and I didn't used it because the company I was apply is only a scam!!! Can I used that too to bring my previous medical exam at st Luke's, and what is document with my MNL#? What's does means for!!! thank you

You will get a letter/email with your MNL #  .. if you husband just applied at USCIS be patient.

 

You can bring your old medical records if you want

Home address is just that .. your home, where you live
