Im wondering if anyone can shed light on why my status on uscis says document was mailed. Ive noticed almost everyone elses WAC status is case was received.

Did you make an inquiry to them? Answer to that maybe the document they sent you (saw that happen here)

Could be anything - possibly an RFE? You won't know until it arrives. Give it a few days and the suspense will be over.

Hmm maybe call and check? This can actually be a reason to check.

1) it stayed too long like that

2) you have no clue why

try asking to USCIS just in case? And you may enlighten us too! 😊

But if it was something bad the status would go as "notice of..."

i would give it try it try by calling them

I do have a reciept notice dated may 26th...

Yeah call with that one tell them your wac number.

Ask why your status states this. And why it never showed as case received.

i hope someone else can chip in with better advice.

I'm seeing this status in the scans but never actually saw anyone having an explanation.

no don't worry about that because whatever it was you should have gotten an update. And if something happened but you didn't, that may also be your lawyers fault. Lawyers sometimes mess this up, we see that a lot.

be calm, and ask them as it stayed too long without you receiving anything according to that. It should normally say case received.
