So when I file the petition, all the docs need to be original?

Hi, you must have all original documents in a foreign language officially translated hower you will only submit the copies with your application. Once everything is reviewed and they call you and your parents for the interview, you will need to bring the originals to show as proof. DO NOT send your originals with your forms...

If you go to uscis site..  every form you submit has the detail on what documents you will need to provide..

I hope this helps!

I petitioned for my parents however they are in US so forms are prob not the exact same...
