potomac Potomac Case

HI! I filed in early August, but haven't heard anything. just switched the times for Potomac and said they were processing K3 visas from December 2016. Is that a typo? Last month they were processing into 2017? Also, how many months is the average wait for Potomac? This is definitely stressful being in the dark.

Hey - It seems like it happens, from what I have been told it's either a mistake or an agent requested something from a case with that past date... It's all I know.  It's hard to not have much data on your own service centre!

Called USCIS about PSC, they said its probably an error, and they will update on Nov 15th, or they (USCIS) will hear about it.

 

Can you guys tell me when you did you guys apply? My Receive date was Aug 28 2017...waiting.... 

 

Interesting facts..

 

California Service center processing K1 as of Sept 2017.... WTH 

 

yeah Fiance def needs to come faster than husband/wife 

 

time to email/mail letters to your reps/senators ..

I applied August 4!

Our receipt date is August 4th... It took about 2 weeks after we shipped it out to the Chicago lockbox. Nothing since. We were told by Tier 2 that we probably won't hear before Feb/March.
