Unfortunately, there are no visas.

 

I don't recommend a spousal or fiance visa if you are not sure if you want to get married. If you got through the visa process, and don't end up marrying (K1) or it does not work our (spousal visa), it can count against you in a future application (if you guys want another visa later).

OP, since he has already been denied the visitor visa and you are not ready to be married again, there really isn't any option for him to come over. Please do not use the K1 visa as a "try and see" as this is NOT what this visa is for, it is solely for the purpose of immigrating to the US and getting married. Immigration is a long and expensive process and is a privilege, not a right. Don't start this process without being fully committed and ready to take those steps of commitment and marriage. Only real option you have is to go visit him in his country and see where it leads you to. Good luck.

Nope, no other visa is practical here. A tourist visa would be optimal to visit, but overcoming a denial here is not likely.

Since you're not ready to marry, the K-1 and CR-1/Ir-1 options are out.

The child can petition for him once the child turns 21.

 

Below are some other potential options, albeit these are stretches if they may apply:

If he has sufficient qualifications, he can seek an employer to petition him for a work visa.

He can enter the DV lottery and hope to get picked.

If he wants to study in the US and has the financial means to do so, he can try for a student visa.

If he has a job in an eligible position in company, he may be able to qualify for an L-1 visa (intracompany transferee).

If he has sufficient income and desire to invest in the US, he can try for an E-2 or EB-5 visa (investment visa).
