I recently made a mistake and sent the wrong marriage certificate to nvc they need the Psa copy from phillipines will they restart the review process over again ?

I'm not sure. My husband in Sweden updated his passport after we sent copies of his old one and apparently they gave him a new number. Not sure if we should go ahead and fix our mistakes and mail them to NVC or if we should just wait for the checklist.

 

Normally once they review the packets from my understanding they either approve it and it gets sent over or they mail you a checklist telling you what you need. Which they will then taking 6+ weeks to review?

Just my opinion,

This only applies if you get a RFE, "Request for Evidence."  Do whatever the letter asks for.  Include a letter that explains what happened and what you have done to, hopefully, rectify the situation.  Whatever you do, don't tell the USCIS anything that you can not provide documentation for

You should send it in asap or they will restart the time clock to 11 weeks again happened to me
