K1 Visa to Tourist Visa

Hello everyone i have a question if i can or i can't so i will share my story and i really need advices

I got approve for a K1 visa and i am here now in USA for almost 2months already but me and my fiance can't decide yet if we will get married coz we want to know more each other before decide to get married, so i will go home before 90days end, My question is can i apply for a tourist visa right away when i go back home coz we have plan to tour some places here in USA coz we can't now coz he is really busy at work, maybe in that way we will know more each and then we will decide to ger married or no.

You can apply but chances are you won't get a tourist visa. 90 days on k-1 is to plan a wedding not to get to know each other - should've done that before I-129f petition.

as said you can apply but you probably won't get it

 

you already have a boyfriend and have immigrant intent? there is no guarantee that you would enter the country, get married and then adjust stastus

 

which is fraud if you have the intent to adjust status
