Hello All,

Montreal, Canada Embassy received our checlist on Jan 1, 2007. They originally said our interview would be in March or April. I called April 23rd, 2007 & they now say we are backlogged & don't know when our interview is going to be.

Does anyone know what date they are processing cases from for Interviews?

I need help. I was hoping to be married by June 2007.

Thanks,

Alana

Tinker beat me to it. That link is the best way to go. When my wife(then fiancee) was waiting to hear from Montreal we'd hear anything from "we're still prcoessing apps from 3 months ago" to "I don't know". You'll get a different answer each time you call.

Our documents were received in early December, we were told in February to expect an April interview, and now have been told to expect to wait an additional 4 to 6 months. Those in line just before us have already gotten dates of from between late April to early May, so I don't know what in the heck is going on up there, unless some staff quit out of total frustration (not likely, they have killer jobs doing nothing evidently), but I've already contacted my Congressman, my Senators, and every presidential candidate and let them know WHY the illegal immigration problem is so huge. If our Consulates in Canada have such a hard time processing applicants, just THINK what it must be like down South!
