Hi guys! My husband is going home to the Philippines this week. He's a conditional green card holder, we arrived here October 2016. His father has stage 4 lung ca and he would like to visit him for 2-3 weeks. Will there be any problems when he goes back to the US? Does he need to file anything to make sure that he can get in again and if he's a conditional green card holder, can he leave the country for 2-4 weeks or do we have to wait for his conditions to be removed before he can travel? Thank you for any input!

All he needs is his valid passport and greencard to travel. He can leave the country for that long without any problems whatsoever.
