If page 4 of 7 shows end of transactions, or 'interest paid this year' blah blah blah, etc, I hardly think USCIS would consider pgs 5-7 an omission or falsification.

But then again, up to OP.

Statements would not be consider as valid if you did not send all the pages, what we're trying to prove to them that all evidences that we sent to them are valid and complete, not omitted specially if says pages is 1-5 then if you will send only 3 pages. USCIS is a federal government so you have to prove complete documents regardless if the last pages doesnt have any information at all.

Good morning,

I am trying to gather paperworks to present to USCIS as they requested more evidence.

I know having joint account in bank can be very important proof that our marrige is in good shape.

However, if we print out statement from the time I joined my husband's account, the amount of

papers needed will be huge! I don't really want to print out everything.

Requirement for RFE is "Copies of bank statement that reflect joint/savings and /or checking

accounts to include the transaction pages for each bank statement period".

You think will it be ok not to provide banking information, but we will provide joint tax return

transcrips and copies of lease of apartments we lived in the past?

I can probably ask bank a document stating my name is on my husband's account. But

USCIS may not see as a proof.

You really don't want to print all these papers???  Give them what they want.  How much does a copy cost?  A few cents per page?  Print and sen all the pages proving you have nothing to hide.

I misunderstood the whole process. I thought we can provide different documents of proof by choosing from the list instead of the ones USCIS pointed out.

Since we submitted in original I-751, now I know we have to submit whole documents to fix the issue.

If you been on VJ any amount of time - you would know bank statements are a necessary evil. I think ours was 4 Pages at most.  I provided maybe 19mo worth from both our shared accounts.

I would also get a letter from your bank stating how long your spouse has had full rights to the account.

It appears that OP has created duplicate threads on this topic. Another topic has additional details about the bank statements:

Rather critically, the RFE apparently says:

Quote

Letter form USCIS said "Joint bank statement shows minimal activity on the account and do not appear to include household expenses"

Is this a seldom-used credit card/checking account? USCIS wants to see the main account, where salaries get paid into and the rent comes out of.

OP was also thinking of sending:

Quote

We also thinking about providing

copies of lease in apartments where we lived since I arrived in US.

Joint TAX return.

Utilitiy bill  of current resident. This is the only utility bill in joint name as rest of the bills are under my husbands name only.

You should provide all of these to USCIS in your response to the RFE if the RFE specifically requests those too.

here the problem but no one want to say

fake marriage people all have joint tax returns and apartment lease.  don't have to live together to have both.

joint bank show daily expense living together cuz both wife and husband use good to show live together.

fake marriage have tax return and apartment lease and joint account with little activity to fool us immigration only.  each keep money separate in other account cuz they do not mix money.  only fake for tax return and sign lease when only one live there.

this why joint account with living expense absolutely necessary.  tax return and lease not good enough

Reading more of OPs posts in other thread:

This is probably also a problem.

It wont be a problem if OP will explain in writing the scenario why OP's name was not included.

I agree on this, that is why showing assets and liabilities is very important specially monetary matters so that USCIS see the legitimacy of the marriage.
