HI VJs,

I am new at this site, i have enquiry regarding my I130 visa,

I-130 filed 5th of sep 2006

NOA1 Received 9th of sep 2006

STILL WAITING FOR NOA2 OR APPROVEL

I-129F filed 3rd of april 2007

NOA1 Received 5th of april 2007

STILL WAITING FOR NOA2 OR APPROVEL

CAN ANYBODY PLZ TELL ME HOW LONG MORE IT WILL TAKE TO APPROVEL BEOUSE I BEEN WAITING FOR LAST 8 MONTHS,

July 29th 2006 - GOT MARRIED IN PAKISTAN

Sep 1st 2006 - I-130 sent.

Sep 5th 2006 - NOA1

May 24th 2007 - NOA2 APPROVED

NVC FOR CR-1 (I-130)

06/13/07 - NVC receives petition and case # assigned.

Sep 11th 2007 - CASE COMPLETED!!! THANK GOD

Sep 19th 2007 - Case fwd to London embassy

US EMBASSY LONDON

Oct 25th 2007 - Medical Appointment

Nov 9th 2007 - INTERVIEW IN LONDON (APPROVED PUT ON AP)

Dec 5th 2007- AP CLEARED IN 26 DAYS

Dec 18th 2007 - ALHAMDULILLAH VISA IN HAND

U.S.A

Feb 15th 2008 - POE (JFK)

Mar 05th 2008 Green Card arrived

Dec 28 2009 Apply for condition remove

Removal of Conditions Timeline

Dec 26 2009 I-751 sent

Dec 28 2009 I-751 delivered (VSC)

Dec 29 2009 I-751 NOA Received

Mar 09 2010 condition removed got 10 years green card

NATURALIZATION N-400

Did you get any touches for your I-130 after the NOA1? I think you've been waiting long enough to call USCIS and find out what the status of your case is.

I don't think Pakistan or any country take longer then the other while the case is at the service center here but just some cases randomly ( I have no idea why) take more time then others

Well, it's been 7 months since you filed the I-130. I would definitely call somebody to find out what has happened with that petition, it's way too long.

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
