At the expense of other individual rights.

You are confusing criminal gun behavior with the constitutional right to own guns and use them in legal manners.  Nobody using a gun in a legal manner is impacting your other individual rights.

And no one who is a legal gun owner wants to see criminals continuing to take lives and put more black marks on our society.  The problem that NO ONE can seem to solve is... how do we stop the bad guys from doing what they do?

For the 26 dead people in Texas, all their rights were lost.

Well, that is one way to put a spin on it.  Actually, they were brutally murdered by a psychotic guy with no respect for human life.  Looking at the article above, I am leaning towards believing he was not taught such respect growing up.

I know.  It’s a Catch-22.  Our prison systems are maxed out, which is a black mark on the US.  Criminals continue to murder the weak and unprotected, which is a black mark on our society.  But if we prosecute them harshly, creating the necessary deterrent from it continuing (as in the death penalty) then THAT is a black mark on our society.

We have gotten far too soft, and criminals have too many rights.

Looking at the article above, it is clear he used a gun to brutally murder 26 people. He is just another one is a list of terrorists who use guns in this manner. America is the only first world country where these incidents have become common news.

In addition, it's not a spin. 26 people had have all their rights denied to them as of Sunday.

The NRA sometimes has specials on Life Memberships.  Right now it is $1500 and comes with an awesome NRA jacket.

Your opinion.  You and your liberal buddies don't like it when people push back.  Get used to it.

He could of course have used a truck, but that does not seem to bother you.
