Hello~~Today we had our AOS interview and it went very well. We got there about 1 hour ahead and the immigration officer was pretty nice to us. He asked us to swear first and then he only asked me few questions such as my name, address, birthday, what was I going to school for and asked my hubby the same questions (name, address, birthday) and asked how we met. My hubby told him the story and I mentioned that we have been together for 5 years. He was surprised when he heard it. We were actually talking about other things that are not related to our case. Maybe after 10 mins or so, he just said that our case is approved. I asked him if he wants to see our photos because I am fully prepared for this interview. He said he believes us so there is no need to see anything at all!! It was kinda funny though. The interview was so short and easy. I guess its a good thing! He mentioned that they are still waiting for my FBI background check and once they receive it, they will send me the green card?

Does anyone has the same exprience as mine? How long it takes? I am still waiting for my EAD and AP at this moment. (applied for AOS on the end of January)
