Hi fellow VJ-ers.

I recently moved to New Jersey on a K1 and got married on April 16th. Now me and my husband are ready to send off the adjustment of status package to Chicago, however, I came across of a things that I was confused about. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

1. We are submitting an I-485, I 131 and I 765, and they all require two 2x2 photos. Do we need to submit two for each application? (total 6?)

2. Is it necessary to submit medical information? I had my medical done in Toronto and submitted it to immigration officer during my interview in Montreal, so I have no record of it. I do, however, have the vaccination report from the panel physicial. Can I just submit that?

3. Regarding form I 131 - is this the form just for one time travel or multiple times? We're having our church wedding in Toronto next year, so I'll need to go back and forth several times. Also, on page 2 of the form (part 3, #1), what should I write for "Date of Intended Departure"? Lastly, on page 3 (part 7), it asks that I explain on a separate paper how I qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. I'm so lost. Help please!

Oh, one more thing. I've applied for my SSN but haven't received it yet. There are several fields in the forms that ask for this number. Is it better to wait until I receive it? Will not having it delay the process?

Thanks in advance!!

Question 1. "YES" all petitions are treated seperatly so need the photos for each form.

Question 2. They should have your medical information, however you do need to submit the vaccination supplement I-693A, search this site you will find answers about it, it is asked about at least 10 times a day. You will need to visit a civil surgeon and have the vaccination information transfered to the I-693A SEE: https://egov.immigration.gov/crisgwi/go?act...office_type=CIV to find one in your area.

Question 3. Un-known we are waiting until getting a green card before leaving the USA.

SSN is not required on the forms.
