hey we had our interview today. Everything went ok, officer was mostly questioning my husband. His English is good but not perfect so there were a few mistakes. He didn't separate us, and he only asked me one or two questions. He also allowed me to help my husband answer certain things. At then end he stamped a paper twice and had my husband sign it. But then he mentioned there were  a few pages left out of my husbands medical (i don think there really was but the civil surgeon we went to was a little shady so who knows) so he said everything was fine he was just going to send us an RFE for a new medical exam in the mail. i heard rumors about the 2 stamps tho is that a sign we passed? Our officer was not too  serious or mean he was very kind and making jokes the whole time. He basically just read us the questions from the last pages of the I_485. At the end my husband offered to show the photos we had even though the officer didn't ask for them and he seemed to love them even laughing at a few silly ones my husband didn't even realize I printed. He asked "do you feel its real?" Which we both answered overwhelmingly yes, of course. But now we are still kind of in Limbo. The officer didn't take his work permit, and he didn't give us an RFE in the office he said we would get it in the mail. So IDK.

How long have you waited for RFE letter? I received online notification about RFE last friday (Mar 20), on monday I got an email - informed delivery - with letters from USCIS. I have never received them...  and I am getting worried.  I went to the post office but they just told me there is no tracking numbers on these letters so they are not able to track them, so basically I have to wait. I am concerned that USPS sent it back to the USCIS :(((((((((

Am a November filler k1 AOS and my PD is Nov 3rd I'm yet to get my EAD or GC my case is at NBC and l can see they are now processing November 14th. I have called like 4 times(l call once per month) ,raised so many SR and even at one time spoke to  tier 2 officer But nothing seem to be working. Am frustrated  to say the least. Are there any other early November fillers who haven't received their was or gc interview date?

Hey, same here, Nov 2n NOA1. Got a RFIE in December and they received my documents December 13th. Have done 4 service requests, contacted my local senator and filed an expedite request 2 weeks ago... no success yet. This is ridiculous.

Hi guys!

So today is my 165th day of waiting. I contacted my congressman a few weeks ago and he wrote back to me on April 16th telling me that USCIS was gonna expedite my case. It has been 2 weeks and I still no sign of anything. Should I contact him again? or someone else? Or is it too early (since last email)?

Thanks for your help

I’m on the same boat, my MIL contacted a senator and haven’t heard back from them and I sent a request for the ombudsman like five days ago and they haven’t gave me a reply yet, so I think any action from them is gonna take a least a couple weeks (let alone an answer from USCIS). I haven’t heard anything from the first nor the second SR I made.

I’m pretty sure I will be waiting +200 days now, I’m sooo over.

168 days and counting for EAD/AP approval.  Are we all experiencing extraordinary wait times?

Our NOA date was 11/19/2017.

If you haven't done it contact your congressperson or make an inquiry in the USCIS ombudsman https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance the sooner the better.

ok so I checked my case status and on my I-765 it said this about my SR:

"On April 19, 2018, we sent a response to your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number T1B1..."

but I haven't received any email or regular letter saying anything and it's already May 4th! anyone knows what it means?
