Hello there and good luck to you. I hope you didn't forget to include the i-130a? The G-1145 would also have been good but no biggie  Also, if I were you I would send in the application for i-131, AP when you get your i-485 NOA1, it's free and so many ppl don't do it only to later realize the process is much longer than expected and they will run into a situation where they need to travel.

I'm a November filer as well. But was already having issues when UPS messed up big time.  I went to our local UPS store last Saturday, Oct 29 to mail out my AoS application (I-130 & I-485), so of course I used USCIS physical address instead of the PO Box. Paid 80+ bucks for Monday delivery. I was hoping it can be filed with October applicants because my passport is expiring soon. Long story short, turned out UPS sent my package via USPS Express that should be delivered by Tuesday but was not delivered until today - 5 days later! I had to be passed around several folks in USPS in Chicago before I was able to get an update. It is so stressful and I have been sleepless these past few nights because of it. 

 

Anyway, it says my package was delivered to the mail room, in Chicago, 60604 so now I am even more confused.  Anybody has a similar case?

I mailed my AOS Package October 27th and it was delivered on the 30th but still havent gotten any response. Curious to see if my PD is gonna be the 30th or a different one. I write in the October filers thread but I'm gonna pop in here as well.

This really sucks, I hope your package reaches USCIS in the end.

I'm confused  - you said you sent it via UPS but then you mention USPS, I thought they were different?

I used USPS and sent it to the PO box.

Yes they are different, but turned out some UPS offices also offer USPS services. I didn't know this and was confused as well. I went to the UPS store because I wanted to use UPS service (thus I used USCIS Chicago Lockbox' physical address instead of the PO Box). After a day, I tried to track my package and it didn't come up in the UPS tracking website so I double checked my receipt and found out UPS sent my package via USPS Priority Mail Express! The UPS guy who sent my package didn't tell me this, I don't know why he assumed I wanted my package to be sent via USPS when I am in a UPS store. I mean he could have offered me options. I called to complain and all they can do was apologize, they were not really helpful with tracking the package either because all they say was USPS already picked up the package from their store. 

 

I spoke with probably about almost 10 people from USPS from customer service to Postal Offices in Columbia and Chicago and they couldn't tell me why my package didn't update from being 'In Transit' from 31 Oct when it should've been delivered on that same day. I called several people again yesterday and finally got hold of a lady from the Chicago distribution center and another lady who handles tracking and that's when I finally got an update in the afternoon that may package was 'Delivered', but it says as per screenshot above that it was delivered to mail room in CHICAGO, IL 60604. The zip code for the Lockbox is 60603. I am hoping this isn't a big deal and it still means it was delivered to USCIS. I can't wait till Monday so I could call USPS again to clarify. It's been very very stressful...

I'm so sorry you had to go through all of this.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that USCIS gets it very soon!

I finally dropped my 3lbs++ application package off yesterday and it should go out with today's shipment. Shipped it as priority mail.

Hopefully we will all hear from them very soon.

They received mine on the 30th and I finally got the email/text notifications last night.

02/10/2017 We got married!
