I was wondering if anyone had an experience with this. The closest Infopass office to me is Orlando, but it is all booked up, is it ok if I went to Jacksonville? I don't want to drive all the way there and find out that I can't do anything there. I would appreciate anyone responding who has had this experience. Thanks.

If your DO is Orlando, you must go to Orlando. You cannot try to get services at a DO that does not have jurisdiction over your place of residence.
