Hi. Our case sent to Nebraska and we still waiting for the noa2  ( we expecting approval or ref anywhere between earlier January and February) and since we are planning a second visit in my country in fab

I want ask if

We can wait till my wife back to USA and sent evidence of the 2 visit with the IV package so the embassy can receive it before interview that is so important cos some embassy won't accept extra evidence the day of the interview.

2 - can we sent a visa stemp (Algerian visa in us passport)  as evidence if we receive a ref before the 2 visit

Thanks you.

first question i just saw    many marry in countries like Tunisia from algeria as it takes so long to marry in algeria/ so, make sure your evidence of relationship shows u r both in whatever the other country is (at the same time)

make sure u have the proper original marriage certificate from there

the embassy will ask "when did u last see each other in person?"  u can then show copy of her passport page to show she was with u in algeria to meet family / photos are needed of her with your family

also have copy of her airline tickets and itinery (is good to have)

do not send to them unless they ask for it as it may be lost and not added to your packet to embassy

but do take it to interview ,

it is a tough embassy as morocco is / be prepared to know all about your wife  (her likes, her dislikes, her family, her living conditions, life in the US)

be confident in this interview

be serious

What??? Why wouldn't they accept the extra evidence? The processing time takes so long obviously there will be more evidence to provide on the day of the interview...

You can't send it to the USCIS however you can side load at the NVC stage.  Spend some time on VJ searching for "side loading"
