Expedited Case-NVC to Embassy

Need a little help here. I was able to expedite my case at NVC. I paid all the fees, submitted the DS-261, but they sent my case to the US Embassy before I could submit the DS-260. I have a few questions?

• How long does it take for a case to be sent to the US Embassy(How long does it take to transit to an embassy)? The embassy is in Lebanon.
• Do we still file the DS-260 on the CEAC website?
• We did not get an interview date, so how do we schedule that?

You still have to complete the DS-260 and you will probably receive some sort of instruction e-mail or interview letter from the NVC once the embassy has an interview date available.

You still need to do DS-260  and take the copy of completed copy and confirmation page of being completed to the interview 

And I believe you have to call the embassy or go online and make the interview appointment your self once they receive case
