Is this a credit card issued in the USA? If so, they usually have statements in both languages. Depending on what you chose on application, that might have been the issue. Did you just ordered the statements, then call the company to either send you or have you access the statements in English.

 

 

Yes it is a BOFA credit card , i think that might have been the issue when i applied for it the person who did that for me in the bank may be messed with the language , i called them again yesterday and they mailed them to me , hopefully they are in english

Did you not get statements in the mail or email after opening the account?

i did choose to no get them in the mail and get them online instead but never paid attention to the language
