It says the same thing it’s been saying since May. That the post office returned my documents on May 9th. I already called about the problem and it was resolved and I received my receipt. (That’s the document they was speaking of)

Thank you for the info as I may be able to use it later. As for now I’m sitting here heart broken because yesterday I was given false information by one of the representatives at USCIS. 😢. She told me my app was approved. I just recently called and two other very rude reps (two different calls) told me that my case is still pending which is also a concern because they have me down as not receiving my receipt and will destroy my documents by November 5th. I received my receipt. This is one big show now

I still have trouble following your case here.. So they had the wrong address. You corrected it and in May they sent you a receipt to confirm that. Now they say they will destroy your documents because of what?

I’m sorry this entire process is confusing to me. I’m ready to just say forget ît. So i filed a case in april. When i checked the website ît told me that my documents were returned to the post office and would be destroyed by nov 5th if i didn’t contact them. I took care of that in May. So I’ve been calling frequently to see what months they were actually processing since they seem to be so far behind. Finally they got to April 1st. Around the first of October i called and a rep told me my case was approved on 9/25. Of course i was excited. Only to call back for 3 other call center reps and two level 2 officers to tell me the information i received was false. Now I’m just getting all conflicting stories and don’t actually know what all going on with my case. I’ve never done this before so i have no clue as to how to get started on finding out what is actually going on. A lever 2 officer told me a month ago they mailed out a letter to me. I have not received anything

Indeed that is confusing. So when the call they make you repeat your name and case number. So I don't get how someone messed it up so bad and gave wrong information on your case. Usually they'd not say anything rather than saying something wrong.

You should definitely file an inquiry online and contact your congressman
