I'm looking at the i-693 Medical Exam form, and I remember reading that if my exam in Canada is less than a year old I don't need a new exam. I just need the civil surgeon to sign the form, but how do I prove it? When I had my exam in Canada, I got a sealed envelope which I gave to my interviewer and never got back. How do I do this then?
