We.Still waiting like 4 months for response to RFE(request for evidence)

I am in the same boat.  RFE returned and received 7/30.......nothing has been done since.  I've contacted my Senator, but I am guessing with Election week, they are not responding......sigh

RFE received 6/25.

I sent a mail to the ombudsman for a little help for the case and for now is the same 1 month waiting for that too.

The waiting for that response is more exhausting that everything else on this long trip. I really hope everyone here like us receive a response soon.

Heys guys,  so I've been wondering if ill need to file separate I-130 for my kids they are 15 and 9 years. I already put on the ds260 that I intend for them to come at a later date. Another thing is my son already has his non immigrant visa but my daughter does not. So does the following to join apply in my case or will I need to file i130s for them?? I appreciate any advice

Hey everyone, so my documents have been at the nvc for 2 weeks exactly today and I checked my status and it says "at nvc"  Im assuming that means they looked at them. Does anyone have any idea how much longer it will be for package to be sent to consular for interview???
