My noa 2 was dated July 30 2018 and said my case was sent off to nvc on that date but the USCIS site says it was just sent off 5 days ago. Which one should I use to calculate my wait time?

We continue new waiting! I hope I will be waited in short time. The worst situation I've read, she've waited for NOA2 for 3 months. OMGGGG

Tranthuy, hope your worst situation doesn't come true. Heading into 2nd month after USCIS received RFE reply, on July 10th. This waiting is very discouraging.  Why would they be taking so long to make the approval ? Is USCIS looking for other mistakes and are we going to get another RFE ? You would think if more was missing the USCIS would ask for everything all at the same time. (You know how your mind wonders on what could be happening) The waiting is driving me crazy hope to get good news soon !

I got a congressman involved because my case was sent to NBC over 65 days ago.

 

After many inquiries from the case worker, I am not in a department for review to see if my case was sent their in error.  We have a meeting to chat on Friday.  So hoping to hear some information soon.

No, says to choose an agent first then allow up to 3 weeks to move to step 2) pay fees

Ohhh, do you mean you fill DS-261? About ur case, can u upload civil on website or send by mail?
