222 days and dead silence. PD Nov 29. Frustrating. Any other Nov filers here who have heard nothing? Tryingto stay positive.  At least the website was updated to Oct 17 and saying 7-9 months. So, we are still in normal processing time according to that info.

PD nov 8th

you are not alone

Hey guys, quick question..... is rfe sent through regular mail or do I need to sign for it upon delivery??

We received our RFE by regular mail, no signature required.

PD : NOV 17th Nebraska

Both old & new website shows RFE letter sent: June 1st

Received RFE letter by mail on: June 13th

Envelope shows postmark dated: June 4th

RFE letter is dated: June 6th

Returned Large marriage certificate (with original letter) to USCIS in envelope provided, by regular mail on Friday June 29th. We also had to apply to the Government for correct marriage certificate. There was a further delay because we were also on vacation in the USA, returned back to Canada June 28th.

No news yet on both websites on whether marriage certificate received  :( (checked twice already today).

Also one question for anyone. When updating your timeline when you update the section "I-130 RFE Sent :" , do you indicate the date you mailed back the RFE to USCIS or the date USCIS indicates received the RFE? Just wanted to clarify so it is as accurate information for everyone. Again thank you to everyone for any comments. :)

@sher-sunshine

Hello, Im sorry you got RFE too but as you said, it means an officer looked at your case! We got ours in mail after a week from the date of the new website states they sent on. Hope you get yours soon!

Hey hun please don't forget to let us know when you receive approval once they receive your evidence.  Did your husband send in the document yesterday for your RFE yesterday?

Just received an email about 1 hour ago and also message on USCIS old website (nothing on new website yet) notifying that response to RFE letter received July 10th, today and will start working on our case again . :) Mailed to USCIS June 29th by regular mail from Canada, I think that is pretty quick for a reply. Hope for decision to be approved is soon.
