I-130 November 2017 Filers

Just a note...I followed this thread because I am also early December at Potomac...I got an email on June 28th that said my petition was approved on June 27th...my NO2 was received in the mail and says my petition was approved on June 26th. To date, the app is still saying my case was received. Also, I never got a notice to say that my approved petition was sent to DOS...however, I logged in on the new website yesterday and it says my case was sent to DOS on July 2nd...now the wait begins...

Did you check the new website? Call? Is it also outdated? I'm in the DR with my wife until June 24. My mail is being forwarded to my son during my time away. So, that will cause a delay in my mail. We are praying to have news in hand when I leave; otherwise, it will be very depressing for the both of us. My birthday is July 20, the day that I proposed last year. What a birthday present that would be!

 

We are blessed however that we are able to see each other about every two to three months. My heart goes out to those with spouses on the other side of the globe.

Yes! I have been logging in the new website...my son also received my NOA2 by mail...

 

Oh wow...I totally understand....I got my approval on my daughter's birthday June 28th....omg I can't tell you how happy we are...getting closer to being a family again....

Sometimes old website updates faster than new website. You should check both of them

Hello everyone. The USCIS site now says Oct. 14 with 7-9 months processing. That is exciting because yesterday,  it said Sept. 6 with 8 -10.5 processing. Hope it is a good indicator that those of us who are above 200 days should be hearing something soon. (We are at 219 with dead silence  but we are optimistic). Prayers. We are in this boat together!

Hi guys...,so I got a notification on the uscis website that a RFE was sent out to us but I havent received it in the mail or in my email but it’s good news because at least I know my case was looked at

Wow hopefully he could send it back that same day to get. Am sure it's their mistake.  But yes yesterday my husband receives the mail. So uscis does not accept the marriage certificate we sant we need to send another one. We have to order their original.  And they also requested the i130A from us.

Hello, Im sorry you got RFE too but as you said, it means an officer looked at your case! We got ours in mail after a week from the date of the new website states they sent on. Hope you get yours soon!

222 days and dead silence. PD Nov 29. Frustrating. Any other Nov filers here who have heard nothing? Tryingto stay positive.  At least the website was updated to Oct 17 and saying 7-9 months. So, we are still in normal processing time according to that info.

Hey guys, quick question..... is rfe sent through regular mail or do I need to sign for it upon delivery??
