We are right there with you.  At 221, no RFE's, but we got transferred to NBC...so the waiting continues.

Curious question.  What is NBC and why were you transferred?

Wow.  That was a fast turnaround for an RFE. We are at 216 days with no RFEs, so that is a good sign, we hope. Anyway, congratulations.

Thank you. yup. I was very suprised. Good news will come to everyone.

The USCIS site says that processing time is 8 to 10.5 months.  That might indicate that November filers can expect our processing to fall between this month and September. The only thing that we can do is ride this one out as hard as it seems. The positive side is that the first phase is the most difficult, from what others have said.  We have to keep our faith and stay positive because, without that, we would go stir crazy.  Let me add Happy Independence Day to everyone here.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you got RFE also. We haven't received it yet but I read somewhere it usually takes about 2 weeks if I remember correctly. Hope it's just a small thing so that we can respond right away! I'll post here when I receive it and what it says. Fingers crossed!

Don't worry, everything will be ok. I used to be worry about this and wonder ask what they require. You're welcome, you can ask me everything you want to know. I'm willing.

About the process of my case is:

PD: 11/24/2017

RFE: 06/06/2018 but after 1 week my hubby received their letters. My RFE is translation of certificate marriage from Vietnamese to English.

They received RFE: 06/19/2018

NOA2: 06/29/2018 but on 2nd July, I just received letter and updated on new website of USCIS.

Yup. What we can do that is waiting for day by day. This time is challange for us. You wait for NOA2, after that you will wait for NVC receive and wait for new number case from NVC.

But we will solve all!

Congratulations.  Since you are an early December filer and were approved from Nebraska, we are hoping that is a good sign that we are getting close. Our PD is Nov. 29 but the new site says Nov. 30. It is certainly a stressful time for all of us who haven't received the NOA2 as of yet.
