Even if your I130 gets approved you still have around 3-4 months of NVC stage, then 1-2 month till interview, so I don't think you would be able to travel with that many months of pregnancy.

Yes, it's cutting it very close even if we end up on the low end of the wait times for each stage. You can fly up to 38 weeks (but no thank you!) if you have a healthy pregnancy and a current letter of approval from your doctor on most airlines, but that frankly sounds awful. That's why I'm investigating the possibility of expediting the NVC stage.

Our PD is Nov 29, Nebraska. VJ says we are now outside our timeline but the USCIS site says Sept 4. Should we send an inquiry form, call, or just wait longer?

Did you check your case on Uscis ?

I was able to reach an agent today. She said that they are processing cases from September (because that is what the website says). According to what I'm seeing here on VJ there are cases at Nebraska that are being approved from November and even early December but some haven't been approved earlier that that time frame. I guess it is just whenever our case file is pulled out of the stack. She also said that the new website is current.

215 days and still waiting but at least we aren't alone. Prayers for everyone here.

Wow.  That was a fast turnaround for an RFE. We are at 216 days with no RFEs, so that is a good sign, we hope. Anyway, congratulations.

A curious question. What is NBC and why were you transferred?
