They received my evidence on 19th June!. how's about you?

I had to apply to the Gov’t for original large marriage certificate before we left for a pre-planned trip for 2 weeks to San Antonio Texas and Scottsdale Arizona. Currently we are in the USA :) so when we get back home to Canada in 1 weeks time, the Original should be waiting for us that was sent by mail. I will sent a copy to USCIS either by courier from Canada or my husband will drive across the border to the USA  to mail the copy, since we live just 10 minutes from the border. So by the time I mail my marriage certificate to USCIS  it will be at about 2 weeks behind your RFE request, received June 19th depending when you mailed it to USCIS. (Hopefully less time) This was bad that timing :( but it’s just the way things worked out. Thanks for asking. Will give an update when marriage certificate mailed and received by USCIS.

I think USCIS will receive within 6days. The noticed "We received your response to our request for more information. Your case is no longer on hold" on new website and the noticed on old website is "Our Nebraska Service Center office will begin working on your case again".

We continue new waiting! I hope I will be waited in short time. The worst situation I've read, she've waited for NOA2 for 3 months. OMGGGG

I see, 1 week isn't bad. Since they've already received your response hopefully you'll get approval very soon.

I'm a little confused about the VJ processing times. They change frequently.  Yesterday,  ours said June 20 - 28 and today it is saying June 23 -July 1. The USCIS site says August 25, Nebraska. A representative told me a few months ago that if we are still within the date showing on the website, we are still within our processing time.
