My PD is 11/24 at nebraska as well. Still haven't heard anything. The old website and app do not show my case and the new website says "case  received "

1. I think that the first thing you get after filing is either A. an approval or B. A request for evidence.

2. I think that they aren't very good at updating things. I have heard of people getting approved without ever being able to access their case online.

We got approve May 22 and it  was sent to NVC on June 1. But I want to know how long we had to wait until is receive at NVC

Checked old and new website and I think both said the same as your message, my RFE was mailed June 1st. No email received. 

My husband (the petitioner), called the USCIS call centre yesterday June 7th and the agent said the letter was mailed June 1st could not say what more evidence was needed. Requested to speak to a tier 2 Agent, had to request a callback. Waited for 2 hours and never received a callback. 

It's now Friday June 8th and still no RFE letter received by mail yet. Hope the RFE letter comes early next week so we can reply ASAP.

yup. I wonder ask why they dont use both of mail, email and letter? we can provide evidence right now

Because since the day I saw the noiticed on USCIS website, I've not received letter yet.

I did not receive any notice, I received a letter with RFE.

I just called NVC to check if they received my cases .. the operator told me it can take up to 6 weeks just to receive them !! 😯

I have been transferred to the National Benefits Center NBC/MSC.  I am still waiting for my notice in the mail for why or what I need to do.  Did you get transferred as well?

Yea. I already got the notice in mail. But am wondering how long it takes to get approved at the new center

NOA1 date: November 8th, 2017.

NOA2 date: June 6th, 2018

I-130 (US citizen applying for foreign spouse).

USCIS case status still says "Case Was Received"

(got mail with printed NOA2)
