When I speak to a tier 2 they just tell me to wait and hold on. Was this the first time you spoke to a tier 2 agent?

Wow! That’s great!! I’m going to call Monday. How do you talk to someone? I only get the automated options

When you call I usually say no to Receipt # and it gives the option to speak with someone

I just called them and the rep told me that a decision was made on my case 5/30, but she said she cannot tell me the decision and I will have to wait for the letter in the mail.  I am so nervous guys.  Please keep us in your prayers.  Again congratulations to everyone in novermber so far.
