There are two USCIS sites right now, and my case was not updated on the older site, but was updated on the new site.  Maybe that’s what’s happening with you.  

 

The new site requires two- step authentication.  You sign in and then they send you a one-time password to your email or cell and then you enter that into the site as well.

Do you have an idea on how long should the USCIS be changed from "we approved your case" to "case sent to department of state"?  We received Approval last May 16th but USCIS new website still not updated to "case sent to department of state".  We're assuming that it is still not sent to NVC

My understanding is that it takes between 3 weeks and 8 weeks.

If US citizen spouse (Petitioner)was born out side US needs birth certificate for NVC?? can anybody answer this Please?
