Worried this will hurt my case - like she will put it to the back of the pile.

I know the feeling, at least she said it was being reviewed. Should give you some type of hope!!!! The past two times I've called USCIS and asked to speak to a TIER 2 rep they basically read me the current processing time that reflects on the website.

Please check the new USCIS web and sign up if you haven't done. My case number was not working in the old web.Then, after I created an account a few weeks ago  in the new web I was able to see that the case was received. I woke up this morning with this great news that an action was taken in the case, I sign in and it was finally approved.

God is so Great. We got approved yesterday 23rd May. Our PD was 22nd Nov. Potomac

 

Guys please check the new Uscis website that's where we saw our update of approval.

Got approved today! Pd November 15. TSC, USC!! God is good all the time!!

I saw one case got approved on May 22. PD Nov 10  for Nebraska.

Good morning VJ friends:

 

Just wanted to spread some hope for all NSC filers.

I received an email @ 6:42 am this morning that action had been taken on my case. I checked immediately and we are FINALLY approved !!!!  

I am waiting for the actual letter to accurately update my timeline but this is where we are.
