Hey

Congrats that is great news

Just wanted to confirm from you if you or your spouse is a US citizen

The reason for me getting curious is that it is easier for us at our end to then calculate the time it might take for our case since the time taken to clear petitions is different for US citizen vis a vis the permanent resident

Looking fwd to your response

And yes all the best best for the next step

Thank you very much! I just check my procedure on new website. Finally, They said: received my case :)

Before I checked it on old website, I really worried about the notice "Validaton Error....."

I spoke with Tier 2 last week to see if I could be transferred to Texas from NSC.  They told me Texas only processes Green Card filers.  That is incorrect because several USA on here are at Texas.  Bottom line:  customer service is useless.

Only the tier 1 customer service reps... Tier some of them are nice and very informative, I spoke to one last week who advised that only thing currently waiting on is an officer to adjudicate/approve the case.

Why NSC you slow?  any news yet?

I think they are still working on late October. My PD is 11/02/17 @ NSC. :( & nothing yet.

I thought I would have heard back by the end of this week, guess not

I would give them about  2 weeks,  I have a PD 11/2 as well give them until around the week of the 11/21/18. Two individual on the uscis case tracker app  with PD of 11/2 got approved on 5/9/2018, approvals are coming so just hang on.
