Is your I130 at Potomac or Texas?  I am really hoping Potomac but your timeline says service center is Texas.  Thanks!  And Congratulations!!!🎊

It was in Texas when filing the K-1 Visa.

I did not create a timeline for this I-130. My service center is at Potomac.

Congratulations to you and your partner!  👍👍👍

So re Jb and Gh’s datapoint, that application was transferred from Texas bc they say they’re at Potomac?

Regardless, your data point is really helpful for sharing.  Thank you.  igor’s List for Potomac is kind of depressing.  No updates for several days now.

In our experience... in the old version of USCIS our case  still invalid and in the new one we are able to see our petition as received. The only issue is our new PD is 4 days of difference from the original date. The current PD is our original notice date of NOA 1.

That’s the same for me

Oh my, you just responded to me and I thought you were someone else.  So my message back earlier might not have made total sense.

Long story short, that K-1 was filed by my fiance (my current husband) and sent to Texas in 2012.

This time I filed the i-130 for my son, unmarried under age 21. I'm USC and my service center was at Potomac. I received email & text notifications yesterday and also the NOA2 in the mail that the petition is approved. Notice Date is 5/2/18. 😃 Hope this helps.

Congrats! You've raised my hopes up with Potomac! I was beginning to think that they were on a long hiatus! Lol

Hello guys!!!

Any more approvals for Nov I-130 fillers in Nebraska? I only see one from 11/02 and one in early December.

P.D: is November 2, 2017

NSC

Getting pretty anxious. I called USCIS last week and asked to be transferred to a tier 2 rep. The wait was over 22 hours, the only thing I was able to do was enter my call back number. I received an automated call back the same day and was connected to a Tier 2 agent. I was basically told that my case is pending and that NSC is currently processing June cases. (Same things a Tier 1 rep would have said) and to call back once my P.D is past the USCIS websites current processing date. Useless!!! Just curious? Are these cases being updated on the old website or new website? I noticed approvals from last week are being posted this week, does it take them a few days to update the system?

I am currently a user in both as well as subscribed to email and text notifications.

Definitely in need of some hope!!!!

I’m really hoping Potomac processes mine soon because my US citizen daughter will be starting kindergarten in September and she’s move so much I want her to be able to start in the states instead of transfer mid-year.  She’s with me now and I’ll have her start here at a school if I don’t get my authorization in time, then transfer when I get my authorization.  She’s been resilient while we’ve had transitions.  But testing my luck cuz she’s changed daycares Bc of moves etc (long story) 5 times already ☹️.  Mom’s heart breaks.

I felt the same about long hiatus.  Igor’s list for Potomac was not updated for several days.

An update today for NOA1 date October 17th.  Good for that person.   My estimated approval dates have definitely moved back though.  Sigh.
