Does anyone have any insight into when the CEAC website will be back online? It's been down at least ten days--that's when husband and I received an email saying his NVC case status had been updated. Unfortunately, since the site is down I can't login to see where his case is now! The waiting is killing me--we're so close yet so far.

Did you guys realise that Nebraska went back to nov 4th??

Can you explain more on what you are referring to please. Do you mean Nebraska has gone back to processing I130 Applications starting with a Priority date of Nov 4th ? If that’s the case, I wonder how many have to still be processed. I know I can look at the timelines here on Visa Journey but maybe there is more of a backlog for Nov/2017 filers. That seems kind of weird and there is no real order on how the applications are processed. Makes you wonder how they choose which ones to process first.

Did you call USCIS and get this info ? My timeline is:

Noa 1: Nov 17/2017 - Nebraska

I130 RFE: June 1st

I130 RFE sent back to USCIS - June 29th

USCIS acknowledged received July 10th, still waiting.......for Noa 2 approval. 🙁

The only thing I know is that a pivot case is an electronic process. Usually this process take less time to send the welcome letter with the case and invoice numbers and you have to summit everything online. In our case we received the welcome letter via email but that does not mean our case is pivot. we can only pay fees and summit the visa application online. Everything else like the affidavit and supporting documentation is by mail.
